This is something that has irritated me for a while now, in development the system toolbar does not display but the space where it was docked is still there - pushing any new toolbars off the screen.

When working on solo projects I can clear it but with several team members working in the same area it becomes very persistent!

Any thoughts/tips would be appreciated.
