Sorry, Craig, mispelled resource :(.
Save your foxuser.dbf &.fpt in some place, then go to VFP
set resource off
erase ('foxuser.*')
go to View, Toolbars.
Select standard
then
set resource on,
do other desired stuff, like arranging command window, etc., then quit.
Next time all your settings would appear.
