*Wow* guys, i'm impressed by your answers.

The expression i used was just simplified so i could easily explain my situation with expressions in my query.

The problem was caused by the simple fact that i was designing a querybuilder for my users, a function where you put your sqlquery in, and get your modified sql query (with where clause) out.
