The STRINGS.DBF in Codebook was originally meant to be a compatibility point, not an incopatibility. What I've done here is replace the codebook STRINGS.DBF with the one in INTL, and re-wire Codebook's GetString() function to call INTL's I() function instead....

I'm working on the next release of INTL, by the way, for release next year some time. If you have any compelling suggestions for the next version, I'd love to hear them.
