>Word is kind of handy when writing VB code. If you record a macro to accomplish what you want in Word and then step into the macro, you should have everything you need. This sounds pretty simple, but maybe I'm oversimplifying your problem. I'm an idiot when it comes to VFP, but I know Word and macros.
