I thought about that, but the person that uses this Spreadsheet has never left it open. And FoxPro closes it out when it is finished, even when I press "Ignore" when the error happens. It should be noted I do this at 4am and also have identical code doing this with another spreadsheet (It never bombs). There is one difference in the code between the two. The one I am having the problem with is password protected. I pass the password and FoxPro opens it OK, but do you think that may be part of the problem in a weird sort of way??
