I had 2 other copies of beautify.app on my system - one in the FP 2.6 application directories and one in an area where I had backed up my entire hard drive when I upgraded my hardware. I renamed those two files and now it works fine. Funny thing is, I renamed them back and it still works fine. I guess it updated itself on where to look.

In the "file locations" section of "options", it is pointing to the correct file but still nothing happens when I click on help. I had to create a separate icon and call it from there instead. Go a layer deeper - in Tools/Options/File Locatgions/Help File, open the entry and make sure that "Use Help File" is checked.
