As for the legendary phantom filename, OK, I'll eblist it into my
bug map. Though, this is just an analysis-paralysis bug - does no
harm except having us here transfering a megabyte of text around the world :)
Probably the NoFilter has an internal override - and it's not the first
case that there were some, er, features done differently than specified,
and the help writers were not informed on time, or not at all.

Then it's simply immaterial - it doesn't exist, but it works :) We may
now discuss should we keep calling it "Phantom cursor" or a "virtual
cursor" or whatever :)
