If I were the Customer, I would also expect that the Firm name appear in the reports. But this is fixed price quote & we do what is mentioned & agreed in the quote.

I do not agree that since its just 20 reports it should be done for free. We follow the principle that if something has to be charged, even if it takes just 1 hour, then we should charge for it. In some cases to promote our product, we give the s/w free. These are the small things that add up to profit in the end.
