I have discovered something and I want to share it with all UT members.
When I set the scrollbars properties other than 0, the ctrlf6 or ctrlf4 alternate between other forms or close the form doesnt work.

If we click at X on the right top border on window, the window closes, but, ctrl+f4 dont close the window neither ctrl+f6 alternate to another.

Someone have experienced this?
