Ron,

If you right click on your form and select Properties it will show you the properties page. If you scroll down the list you should find the property for ShowWindow.

Also, make sure that you are looking under the All tab in the properties page, and that you don't have it set to show "Non-default properties only". You can check this by right-clicking near the top of the properties page.
