It works from the designer of my Developer Version. I couldn't find how to do it in the runtime, but here is some information from the Seagate Software web site:

"Exporting to PDF format is not available when you install version 8 Crystal Reports.

However, you can download a ZIP file containing an unsupported test, or beta, version of the PDF exporting DLL (U2fpdf.dll) from our support website:

Go to www.seagatesoftware.com/downloads and search for 'SCR8-PDFExportDriver.zip'. "
