Unfortunately, I don't think it works this way. It is normally not advisable to have views of views. I don't think it is possible to pass parameters to the remote view from the view being used.

I would advise to re-think your design to not use views of views.

Once I try to change the value of the filter parameter and do a Requery(), the parameter doesn't seem to get to the remote view behind the normal view and change what it has in the buffer. The program doesn't (and shouldn't) know of the existence of the remote view.
