In that case I would use a textbox that loaded a listbox when return is pressed. Click a command button to process the current list. The user would enter a number into the textbox, then press return, this takes the value of the textbox and adds it to the listbox and clears the textbox and so on until they are happy with the list, then click OK. You'll also need a rightclick in the listbox to remove items if needed or a clear all button.
