Hello,
Well, after all of that - I hope you have a solution. I just wanted to say that it is very interesting to hear all of the solutions for such a common problem. I am not PUTM (yet) but I would have thought there would be a FAQ on this subject (someone ???) Not too long ago I had some help from D. Hennig on a very similar thread. Anyway, you have just highlighted the many different possibilities in the VFP world. Thank-you to all of those who helped.
