Dan, there is a cd called Mastering Visual Foxpro by Microsoft (US$70); it's got lots of videos, animations, tests, tips, an ok search tools, and on the msft vfp web site:

they just added and upgrade to the VFP 5.0 specs.

My overall opinion would be good.
