Is anyone familiar with this error?

We have had this happen a couple of times now by one of our tables. It once occured doing an update w/remote views through fox pro and then again just pulling down data into fox pro and moving on to another record. Neither occurance causes the form in FOX pro to generate any error messages and appears to work correctly. The first occurance with the update passed through fox pro doesn't occur in the database table. The second occurance causes the Fox Pro form not to refresh when moving on to another record.

Any ideas or suggestions will be helpful.
