This one is probably an easy one but am I not very familiar with the html language and I must produce a page for this afternoon and I don't know the solution to my problem.

I have a page divised in 3 frames, in a frame I have a menu and when I click on an option, the page in the 2 other frame must change. Right now, only one page change and the other don't want to change. It's probably the way of doing the but I tried a couple of things and nothing works. Can somebody help me ???
