Thanks for the tips, David. That's great experience that I'll take advantage of. I haven't heard back from them yet, so I'm hoping that moving the temp files to the local drive was good enough. If not, I have the politically sensitive task of questioning their network guys! That's great to know about switches - I had no idea. Thanks.
