WAIT WINDOW "Number of records processed: " + ALLT(STR(_TALLY))

or

WAIT WINDOW "Number of records processed: " + ALLT(STR(nNumberOfRecs))

Please read in Help about WAIT WINDOW to see if you want the NOWAIT keyword and possibly WAIT CLEAR when you're all done.
