I also have a large memo field that is needed for a report. It is used by the engineers for comments about a certain procurement. The memo field needs to be printed and then exetended to the next page if the report ran out of room. I put it in the group footer area (as I have a group set up on funding document). I set the properties to FLOAT and stretch with overflow is checked. This workes fine for me and continues the remarks on the next page. HTH
