If I launch a Single Document Interface EXE, the EXE generates a GPF in Explorer. The EXE runs fine. If I disable SCREEN=OFF in Config.fpw so that the main VFP window is visible upon startup, the problem goes away. Win98., VFP6 SP3, IE ver 5.00.

I get the same problem in other people's SDI EXEs too, so I don't think there's a bug in my code.
