Yes both.

Palm had a memory glitch, but they have released a software patch.

The low end PalmIIIe, Palm M100 and Visor do not have upgradeable OS's. I don't find this much of a problem because almost all software available runs on the older OS's. Also the Palm OS is very stable, so service packs aren't as big of an issue as with desktop os's.

Get a look at a visor up close. To some the case looks kinda cheezy.
The 2megs of RAM in my PalmIIIe is _more_ than enough memory.
