Hi Michael,

I think his error can occur when the user has a cd_rom drive mapped as d: with no disk in it, and during development you have set your tempfiles to be written on d:, which occurs if you installed Windows on your d:-drive. The application will somehow try to find the d:-drive and produce this error. To check whether this really is the case, you can ask the user to insert a disk into their cd-drives.
