Yuanitta,
The views are based on other views in the DBC using aliases.
For example
I have a view lv_ShotGrid based on another view lv_ShotGri1, but the lv_ShotGri1 has an alias of v_ShotGri1.
I can open the views in VFP just fine as long as I open them in order.
In my above example:
USE lv_ShotGri1 IN 0 ALIAS v_ShotGri1
USE lv_ShotGrid IN 0 ALIAS v_ShotGrid
works just fine, I want the be able to have SDT do the same thing so I do not get the above message.
Is this possible, or do I just have to live with the problem?
TIA
Rex

>Are you able to open this view just through the VFP Command window?
>Is it possible that this view is based on a table that is open exclusively in a different data session.
>Is the view based on a free table? Because VFP does not store the path to the table in the view definition it may not be able to find this table.

>Hope these questions help lead you to a solution.
