>Thats not a good solution. The user will be confused if they must install something self, because they know nothing about computers, except how to start Windows and the fox-application. And if Im using a wizard, the messages is in english, and I must have it in swedish. The message must tell the user witch person (and telephonenumber) he should contact. I can not do that with an install-wizard, so I must hand-coding this.

You'll need to write it in another language than VFP; there are a number of API functions involved. I use InstallShield Pro to do this; it runs about $1,000US, but provides a complete scripting language that permits integration of API calls into the install scipt. Failing that, it's a non-trivial operation. Most installers such as InstallShield, Wise and the VSI provide some facility to examine the user security permissions, but since you're not using one of these tools, you'll have to fall back on the Windows API.
