If you could, reproduce another strange behavior of forms that have scrollbars <> 0 and grids:

1) put a grid on the form referencing a table with more records that can be displayed at one time on grid.
2) Set scroolbars <> 0
3) run form, click on grid, press and keep the down or up arrow key and see the slow movement between records.
4) Close form
5) set scroolbars = 0
6) Repeat step 3. You will see big increase in velocity moving between records on grid.
