Click on my name up here and in Files look for Alert.zip - it will not only allow you to have buttons in any language you want, but also to have any text you like in it - not only 'yes/no' or 'yes/no/cancel' but also 'yes/no/maybe/thanks' etc. You can also have six buttons if you want.
It uses Foxtools and the two variables (g_fontname and g_fontsize) need to be set first
