Nah, only if you're carrying a pocket full of those $1 coins. Inflation's not currently that bad. You didn't get to experience the 80's with the 15-20% inflation rate. Lucky you! My first house had an 18.5% mortgage rate with a ballon payment. Paid off only $64 in equity in 3 years! Each current mortgage payment I make pays off about $250 in equity now at 6.75%. So I repeat, you're lucky!
