First of all, are you sure, you meant to say: "Happy Monday!". Because today is Tuesday, you probably have to adjust your clock settings :)

Secondly, this message indicates, what your form is probably corrupted. I'd try to copy this form to another directory and try to open this form. If you will get this Error message, you can try to fix this form as a table (check WIKI site for Help Cindy's article). If nothing will help, you should restore from your recent backup.
