I can't get the encrypt to turn off when doing a build. I turned on encrypt in my project but sometimes I need to turn it off to do a build that can be zipped. PKZIP does no good on an encrypted build and sometimes I need to modem a new exe to a customer when things are going bad. Every time I turn it off it turns itself back on during the build. I tried refresh, pack, you name it I tried it. Anyone seen this?
