Sounds like corruption to me.

>A while back I created an VFP application, which can be freely downloaded from my web site. The application's installation executable was built using VFP's setup wizard. Occasionally, I receive complaints that the installation executable failed to work for one reason or another. My problem is that I usually receive no feedback from users, as to what actually occured when the installation failed.

Is it possible that the the executable corrupted during the download?. Or is there something conflicting with the user's hardware or configuration?
