Most ISP's will reject your attempts to send through their server if the sender email address is not one of their valid accounts. You might could make special arrangements with a small ISP to send emails using a sender address other than your account.

If running on your own server with its own internet connection (not dialup), you could install the default NT SMTP service and point to it, or point to a server you have running Exchange Server.
