You can distribute the report itself with the data contained in it. The recieving user can reproduce an exact copy of your report. Disadvantage is that he/she must have certain DLLs installed. With compiled reports you'll be able to do without Dlls, but personally I've got no experience with this.

You can also export to PDF, but this is in Beta and does not support all lay-out features. For the other export formats: None of them can really reproduce an exact copy.

Nope, you've to copy them to FOX2.x, use ODBC, ADO or another solution.
