I have a spreadsheet that has five sheets. I want to save the sheet titled "Grade Sheet" to a new spreadsheet. What is the best approach to accomplishing this task?

I know that the command OBJBOOK.SHEETS("Grade Sheet").SELECT will make the "Grade Sheet" the active sheet. Now I just need to take the selected sheet and save it to a new spreadsheet!!!!
