You would just have a setup screen where the user or installer inputs the needed info, just as they would have to do to setup Outlook or any other email program. Store that to a table, and grab them to stuff into the properties just before sending.

I cant just put Crane's mail hub as the world-wide distribution of the program (military) would mean that anyone would be using it and Crane would not recognize everyone using it.
