The problem is that the WSH isn't installed.

I think both have had articles on the subject. In the September issue of the VFUG newsletter (www.vfug.org), I wrote an overview on the WSH (with Ed Rauh's able assistance). It tells how to find out if it's installed, how to get it installed, and lists a number of resources for information. It's the first of a 5 part series that Ed and I are writing.
