What's wrong with the VFP upsizing wizard? It's always worked well for me...

If you don't want to use the UW, just set up an VFP ODBC connection and use that in the SQL Server Import.
Make sure you use the database ODBC driver if your tables are in a database, otherwise your field names might get truncated.
