When you say "not clear" do you mean "not transparent" or that the image is not displayed correctly?

If the former, make sure the region you don't want displayed is white and verify that BackStyle = 0.

Otherwise, set your monitor to display the highest color depth possible. If that's not an option (redistribution on machines with 8-36 bit color) make sure all images are using the same color palette and SET PALETTE OFF in the init of the Form.
