It provides two sample bare-bones methods of sending emails.

And, if you look at the responses to my original question, you'll see a 9-line program that can be used to do the same thing. But if you want to send a simple, non-html email, I'm guessing you'd need to substitute "oitem.body" for "oitem.htmlbody"
