If you are running on all Windows boxes, then ASP is a good way to go. You can get up to speed on simple ASP pages pretty quickly, and there's plenty of help available online (i.e.
www.15seconds.com). You could also condider Cold Fusion. It works similar to ASP, but at maybe a little higher level. It runs on some flavors of Unix as well as NT. In either case, you may want to look at Dreamweaver Ultradev to help you write your pages. It provides an IDE for generating code for both environments (and JSP).
