I started out wiht ON KEY LABEL F1 HELP, per a recommendation from Rick Strahl. But I also tried removing that altogether. It didn't make any difference. I'm pretty sure there's something screwed up with Help Workshop because I got it partially working by uninstalling and manually removing the OCX and DLL, plus any references in the registry, then reinstalling.
