This is caused by the 'bad' XML parser version. Check the last part of the log yesterday for details about this. An upgrade to IE 5.01 will fix it.

You'll have to do it manually. Not much would come over anyway, even if you could convert. You would still have to fill out the URLs for each item. Use the sample menu file that came in the file.
