DO NOT USE FOXELS EVER FOR ANY REASON AT ANY TIME EVER THROUGH ETERNITY!!!!!!!!

Foxels will make everything worse than you could ever dream. There is automatic way of doing what you ask. You would need to create classes for your forms that created their controls, or adjusted the control's properties, during instantiation based on the current sysmetric() and fontmetric() values.
