As far as I know its called Delayed Instantiation. It means that parts of the form are not Init()ed until needed. Basically you build your form normally, select all controls from within a page, save the selected controls as a class... which I do by naming the vcx like the form. Then you AddObject that class to that page the first time the user clicks on the page.
