>Subject: Effective use of Active X components in today's VFP applications. Finding adequate help on how to effectively incorporate Active X components into VFP applications is sometimes a frustrating exercise. This session will be an opportunity for developers to share their knowledge in this area with their colleagues.

>SkyTrain staff will demonstrate the integration of several freely available Active X components to create an Illustrated Parts Catalogue that provides real time access to spare parts inventory.
>There will be handouts documenting this system that you can use as a template for Active X use in other applications.

>Refreshments: Cold/warm drinks and some snacks are available.
>Attendees: Open to all VFUG members and any others who are interested
>in Visual FoxPro application development.

>Directions:
>* By SkyTrain. Exit SkyTrain at Edmonds Station. Walk eastwards
>(through BC Hydro grounds) for approx 2 blocks, parallel to SkyTrain track.
>* By vehicle. From downtown via boundary. Drive south on Boundary,
>cross Kingsway, continue south to Rumble. Turn east on Rumble. Continue east until Rumble joins 19th St . Continue east past BC Hydro building and turn south on 14th ave.
