Rather than that, implement User Profiles and the Microsoft Zero Administration Kit, and force users to log on through the Windows logon dialog. VFP doesn't have the necessary ability to hook various Windows functionalities by itself; there are lots of ways around a non-shell application. ZAK should provide the necessary controls, and user profiles will allow each user to have a separate Start menu and Desktop.
