Just out of curiosity, is this the same EuroTunnel app that Val Matison worked on a couple of years back? I believe it processes the kind of data volume you mentioned, but I dunno about his user count.

Couple of years I wrote a VFP 5 app for a call center that tracks customer contacts and interfaces with a Unix based Mosaix automated telephone dialer. Not nearly the amount of data you're talking about (this app's data grows about 5 gigs a year), but slightly more users, around 1000.

I attended a Fox users meeting here in Halifax one year when Val was down from Toronto to speak about that Chunnel app. Thought it was quite fascinating.
