Do you have data to dispute it? If I recall correctly, Craig has been developing database applications for 16-20 years....about the time you were hoping that one day you might get to high school. I'll listen to his experience on this.
As to the facts, years ago, it was not uncommon to teach end-users how to Browse data or create simple reports from the Command Window.
