Yup.

oClass=NEWOBJECT("mybaseclass","mybaselib","c:\myapp\myapp.exe")
oClass.SaveAsClass("mylib","mysubclass")

Now when you MODIFY CLASS and look at mylib, you'll see it inheriting from "mybaseclass"
